Internal Medicine III

Professor's round and conferences of each departments

  • Professor's round: every Tuesday from 8:30 AM

Students rotating Internal Medicine Ⅲ, junior/senior residents and staff join clinical conference. We discuss thoroughly and round to examine physical findings in the bedside focusing on education-oriented approach for students and residents.

Cardiology

  • Research Conference: every Monday from 6:30 PM

Conference for discussing and sharing not only how to conduct researches and interpret data but also surrounding knowledge about ongoing/upcoming researches. Also, we share the progression of the researches in "Progress Seminar" once a half year in order to push forward with research smoothly.

  • Clinical Conference: every Thursday from 17:30 PM

Conference for discussing about patients in hospital. We share patient's condition and discuss therapeutic strategy.

Hematology

The medical student program in the 5th grade consists of a bed side teaching and study session to develop knowledge of hematological disease and bedside skills for 3 weeks. In elective hospital training for 4 weeks in the 6th grade, they can learn more advanced training for hematological disease.

Rheumatology

The bed side learning for 5th grade medical students is 3 weeks training program to develop knowledge of rheumatological disorders and bedside skills. In elective hospital training for 6th grade, we provide more advanced training for rheumatology. Besides usual educational activities, we hold the Rheumatology English Medical Program every 3 months with native English speakers in order to develop medical English skills.

Visit of our division is available any time for medical students or medical interns.
