Patients for Follow-Up Consultations (without appointments)

• Check in at an automated reception machine, and submit your reception slip and patient registration card to the department where you are to have your consultation.
• If you have not had a consultation for a year or more, submit your patient registration card to counter 2. We will provide you with a reception slip as proof of registration for a consultation. Please submit it together with your patient registration card, and wait for your consultation.
