Offering precision medicine and management for each and every patient is a feasible practice. Even to a patient diagnosed to be not curable by standard treatment, there still remains possibility of proposing a novel therapy such as modified usage of a known drug, informing of a therapeutic agent (outside public insurance coverage) that has been estimated to have higher efficacy based on genome analysis, and providing appropriate relieving medication.
