Professor SUZUKI Mizue

Our research interests are primarily in the areas of Gerontological Nursing and Longevity Scieces. Currently I am working on four projects:
(1) Development of nursing care due to accidental falls among the elderly patients with dementia.
(2) Effects of person-centred care and Dementia Care Mapping (DCM) for the nursing care staffs and elderly people with dementia.
(3) Effects of touch and massage care for the elderly people.
(4) Development of nursing care for pains among elderly patients with dementia who have communication impairments.
