The subjects of our studies are:

1. Research on laws/regulations concerning the medical affairs; to organize and systemize laws/regulations on the medical affairs as well as relevant administrative orders/notices, and to pursue consistent interpretations thereof.
2. Research on court cases related to the medical affairs; to study precedents of civil, criminal and administrative litigations on the medical affairs as well as relevant laws/regulations.
3. Research on legal aspects of contemporary medical issues, e.g.　 terminal care, medical high technologies, informed consents and confidentiality concerning the medical information of patients.
