Professor FUKUDA　Tokiko

Hamamatsu Child Health and Developmental Medicine has been established at Hamamatsu University School of Medicine on April 1, 2021, as an Endowed Chair by Hamamatsu City. There are various challenges in medical care during the growth (from fetal period, newborn period, infant period, school age, adolescence to adulthood). We mainly conduct research on diagnosis and treatment of child rare intractable diseases, transitional medical care, pediatric home medical care, and pediatric medical care on disaster. In collaboration with pediatric department, government, welfare, health, and educational institutions, we aim to realize seamless and more fulfilling medical care for children.
