The department of dermatology at Hamamatsu University School of Medicine has been treating patients with cutaneous immunity- and allergy-related issues, which are our primary focus. Also, we have been putting great effort into treating neoplastic dermatosis such as cutaneous lymphoma since the establishment of our department. As for the types of illnesses, we study and treat atopic dermatitis, cutaneous lymphoma, malignant melanoma, psoriasis, photosensitivity, drug eruptions, and alopecia. We are improving our medical practices by investigating these illnesses in an integrated and organic way.
