Head Prof. OUCHI Yasuomi

The Center was founded in April 2026 as an organization directly under the President to formulate and promote the University's research strategy.

The Center employs Research Administrators (URAs), who are research management professionals, to support the acquisition of competitive research funding, promote research collaboration both within and outside the University, and facilitate the utilization of research outcomes. Through these activities, the Center aims to sophisticate research and development management while creating an environment that enables researchers to dedicate themselves to creative and challenging research activities.
