Academic Year 2025: Welcome to New Doctoral Program Students

On October 1st, the Hamamatsu University School of Medicine Entrance Ceremony for the Graduate School of Medicine was held in the 2nd Conference Room of the Headquarters Building on campus, to welcomed 6 international students to our doctoral degree program: four from China, one from Bangladeshi and one from Pakistan.
The ceremony was conducted entirely in English. After presentation of the admission letter, President Watanabe delivered his address, saying, "During your stay in Japan, we hope that you will not only devote yourself to research but also experience Japanese history, culture, and customs, and build close relationships with people in Japan. In the future, I hope that you will become a bridge of friendship between Japan and your home countries."
