Welcome to New Doctoral Program Students

On 3rd October, Hamamatsu University School of Medicine welcomed 8 international students to our doctoral degree program; 3 Bangladeshi, 2 Vietnam, 1 India and 2 Chinese students.
After presenting each of the new international students with an admission letter, President Konno delivered his address to them. "I would like all of you to experience the Japanese perspective, sensibility, and culture first-hand, and to understand the current state of Japan and the mentality of the Japanese people, and grow as a person. In the future, I hope that you will become a bridge that builds friendly relations between Japan and your home countries. I would like to extend my heartfelt welcome to you."
