University of Nebraska Omaha Delegates visited our university

On October 30th, 5 Administrators from the University of Nebraska Omaha, including the Chancellor Dr. Jeffrey P. Gold, came to visit our university. They met our president Dr. Konno, executive directors, and faculty members at a meeting lead by Prof. Saitsu, the head of our International Center. After introducing each other, Senior Assistant Professor Yamashita of our International Center explained our university's outline, education system, and current state of international exchanges. Through spirited discussion and information sharing, the participants agreed to examine advancing cooperation between our two universities in research and education.

After the meeting, they visited our International Mass Imaging Center and Preeminent Medical Photonics Education & Research Center, where they received explanations on the facilities and current research.

Although it was a short period of time, this meeting provided a valuable opportunity to develop new friendships and future international exchanges between our two universities.
