Those who are not expected to complete the program within the standard period of study are not eligible to apply.

標準修業年限内での修了が見込めない者は応募不可

※Those who have a study course period for at least one year left at the start of the scholarship.

※奨学金受給開始後の課程修学期間が１年以上であること

Scholarship Amount

支給金額

a）2 million yen, 1.5 million yen, or 1 million yen for a year (determined according to evaluation at the time of selection)

年額200万円、150万円もしくは100万円（選考時の評価に応じて決定）

b）Annual sum of half-million for applicants receiving scholarships or benefits from other sources including our university

他機関等（本学含む）からの奨学金と併給する場合は年額50万円

支給期間

1 year from April to the following March

同年４月から翌年３月の１年間

Concurrent scholarships allowed?

他奨学金との併給

a）No　不可

b）Yes, if current scholarship allows concurrent scholarships. However, the sum total of scholarships or benefits from other sources received during the scholarship period must be less than 1.8 million yen.

受給中の奨学金が併給を認めている場合は可。ただし、奨学期間中の他奨学金の合計額が180万円以上になる場合は併給不可

Impact on the university scholarship

本学奨学金への影響

a）will be suspended　停止される

b）will be reduced in accordance with the conditions for concurrent receipt of other scholarships.

Japanese Requirements

日本語要件

・The application forms must be handwritten by the applicant in Japanese or English. If written in English, a Japanese translation must be attached.

申請書は応募者本人による手書き（日本語または英語。英語の場合は日本語訳を添付）

・While interviews are normally conducted in Japanese, they may be conducted in English if you arrived in Japan recently.
原則、面接は日本語で行われるが、在日期間が短い人は英語での面接も可能

・However, your Japanese proficiency (assessed in light of the length of your stay to date in Japan) may affect your evaluation as a candidate.

ただし、在日期間に比しての日本語能力は、合否に影響を及ぼす可能性がある。
