Overview

概要

This reservation program is for privately financed international students who have achieved excellent results in the Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students (EJU) and plan to newly enroll as regular students at a university or college in Japan.
To receive this Scholarship, you must complete the procedures with JASSO and obtain a recommendation from your school in Japan. Even if you are selected as a reservation holder under this program, you will not receive the scholarship if you do not meet JASSO's requirements.

このプログラムは、日本留学試験（EJU）で優秀な成績を修め、日本の大学等に正規生として新規に入学予定の私費外国人留学生を対象とした予約制度です。
学習奨励費を受給するには、日本学生支援機構（JASSO）への手続きと学校からの推薦が必要です。このプログラムの予約者として採用された場合であっても、JASSOの条件を満たさない場合は、学習奨励費が給付されません。

Eligibility Criteria

応募資格

・Applicants must meet the eligibility criteria of this scholarship program set by the Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO).

日本学生支援機構（JASSO）が定める本奨学金の受給資格を満たさなければならない。

・Applicants must also meet the eligibility requirements for the Faculty of Medicine at our university.

本学医学部の出願資格も満たさなければならない。

１）Check your eligibility　資格の確認

Please check the following websites to confirm whether you meet the eligibility requirements for this scholarship and the application requirements for the Faculty of Medicine at our university.

以下のウェブサイトから本奨学金の受給資格、本学医学科の出願資格を満たすか確認します。

２）Take the EJU　EUJ受験

Applicants who wish to apply for this program must follow the application procedures on the JASSO website and take the Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students (EJU).

申請希望者はJASSOのウェブサイトのプログラムの申請手続きに従って、日本留学試験（EJU）を受験する。

３）Take the entrance examination　本学入試受験

Applicants who wish to enroll in our university must take and pass the entrance examination for the Faculty of Medicine. For details, including the required subject of the EJU, please check our university's website.

本学への入学希望者は本学医学科の入学試験を受験し合格する必要があります。日本留学試験（EJU）の受験科目を含む詳細については、本学のウェブサイトをご確認ください。

４）After the result announcement　結果発表後

Applicants with top-ranked EJU scores will be selected as reservation holders for this scholarship. If you are selected as a reservation holder under this program, you need to report to JASSO that you will enroll at our university. Please follow the instruction from JASSO for the procedures.
When completing the enrollment procedures at our university, please submit a copy of the "Reservation Notice" of this scholarship downloaded from JASSO's website.

本奨学金プログラムでの日本留学試験（EJU）受験者のうち、成績優秀者がこの奨学金の予約者となります。このプログラムの予約者として決定された場合は、学生本人よりJASSOへ、本学へ入学する旨を報告する必要があります。手続きについてはJASSOの指示に従ってください。
本学へは入学手続きと同時に、JASSOのウェブサイトより入手した本奨学金の給付予約決定通知書の写しを提出してください。

５）Recommendation from the university　本学からの推薦

We will verify that you meet the eligibility requirements for this scholarship and then nominate you to JASSO as a reservation candidate. JASSO will conduct the final screening, and if you are selected, you will receive the scholarship.

本学で本奨学金の支給要件を満たしているか確認の上、予約推薦者としてJASSOへ推薦します。JASSOにより最終審査が行われ、採用された場合に受給できます。
