Support Programs for International Students
- Assistance with various procedures for entry into Japan
- Scholarships for self-financed students
- Extracurricular Japanese language course
- Welcome event "International Student Research Presentation" in October
- Fieldwork excursion in November
- Comfortable living environment (Dormitories)
International Exchange
- Interviews with International students - the video will be uploaded to "CH.6 International Exchange" on "HUSM On Demand".
- Holding Journal Club twice a year. It is the event that HUSM students read and present academic papers in English. (1st：July/August, 2nd: November/December)
- Support for the Sakura Science Program for Asian high school students to experience science and technology at our university
- International Exchange Gathering to deepen relationship between international students and locals along with a welcome and farewell party
Global Human Resource Development Project
- Medical English group study held every Wednesday
- Co-hosting the English Café held six times a year
- English language instruction for overseas clinical interns
- Debriefing session of exchange students (Clinical practice, etc.)

- Kyungpook-Hamamatsu Joint Medical Symposium（Mutual implementation in Daegu, Korea and Hamamatsu, Japan）
