　The mission of the center is to train family physicians who provide primary care in local communities. The tasks of the center are to teach medical students, interns and residents the principles of family/general medicine and to develop and manage the educational programs enriched with support for research activities and cooperation with local governments. Clinical education is provided mainly at three community clinics; Mori-machi, Kikugawa and Omaezaki.
